Our lien department is staffed by two highly qualified law clerks, Lou Zaffino and Tanya Brudny, under the supervision of partner Brendan D. Bowles.

Lou Zaffino received an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 1995 and Certification as a Law Clerk from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in 2002.  He is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario, specializing in Civil Litigation, Construction, Real Estate and Corporate Law.  In addition to these qualifications, Lou is a member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario.

Tanya Brudny received her Bachelor of Arts from the State Institute of Culture, St. Petersburg, Russia in 1984 and her Certification as a Law Clerk from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in 2004.

Together Lou Zaffino and Tanya Brudny bring years of highly qualified, cost-effective training and experience to their positions.
