Keith
was called to the bar in 2005. He has an Honors B.A.
from the University of Western Ontario and an LL.B.
from the University of Windsor.
Beginning in 2004, Keith articled with our firm and
joined as an associate in 2005. He runs a civil litigation
practice with a strong emphasis on construction law.
Keith has represented owners, contractors and subcontractors
as both plaintiffs and defendants in their construction
claims, including construction lien and construction
trust actions.
Keith is a member of the Construction Law Section of
the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates’
Society.
