Peter-Paul was called to the Bar in 1981. As an Instructor, Civil Procedure and Creditor Rights, Law Society of Upper Canada Bar Admission Programme, he demonstrates a great commitment to legal education.
Peter-Paul has an extensive civil and commercial litigation practice. He has successfully appeared before trial and appellate Courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and tribunals in Ontario and across Canada in actions, applications, and administrative proceedings including: construction, defamation including internet and electronic publication, disciplinary prosecution and enforcement, insurance, professional negligence, real estate conveyancing, development and leasing, receivership, bankruptcy and insolvency, partnership, joint venture and shareholder disputes, and securities related proceedings, representing individuals, partnerships, trusts, private companies and public companies both domestic and from abroad. His practice deals with national and international clients.
Peter-Paul is certified as a specialist in civil litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
