Mediation:
Hourly rate: $600.00 per hour, plus G.S.T., for
preparation, and $6,000.00 per mediation day,
plus G.S.T., for the mediation session itself,
to be shared equally by the parties. An administrative
charge is made at a flat rate of $200.00 per party
per day of mediation. A “mediation day”
is from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with hours before
and after these times charged at $600 per hour.
All fees to be on deposit prior to commencement
of mediation session.
Arbitration:
Hourly rate: $600.00 per hour, plus G.S.T., for
preparation, and $6,000 per day, plus G.S.T.,
for the arbitration itself. An “arbitration
day” is from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Clerical
and support staff (clerks, students, researcher)
will be charged at $200.00 per hour in lengthy
or complex arbitrations. Interim monthly bills
will be rendered against deposits held in trust
and sufficient advances to be made into trust
to cover anticipated fees and expenses from time
to time.
Disbursements:
Photocopies charged at 25 cents per page. Faxes
charged at 50 cents per page. All other disbursements
at cost.
Out of town mediation and arbitrations to be
negotiated.
