Booking Your Mediation or Arbitration
Teresa De Sousa
Booking a mediation or arbitration is easy. There are two steps:
- First, reserve the time you need by completing and submitting the form below. You can do this on your own, or with the other side. This form allows us to check and clear conflicts. By reserving time with your mediator or arbitrator you are assured that you will be notified and allowed to confirm your appointment before the time is given to another person. There is no charge for reserving time with your mediator or arbitrator;
- Second, confirm and formally book the time you need and schedule your first conference call appointment with your mediator or arbitrator. We will confirm to you in writing that there are no known conflicts, and we will arrange for the first conference call among all parties’ counsel. At this preliminary conference call the mediation or arbitration agreement will be reviewed and approved. Once this is done, and the initial deposits are received, the time will be booked for you. If the booking is cancelled the parties will be charged to the extent that the time cannot otherwise be booked for mediation or arbitration.
