Our lawyers teach at law schools across Ontario and have authored and co-authored some of Canada's most frequently referenced texts in construction law and alternative dispute resolution such as Conduct of Lien, Trust and Adjudication Proceedings (Carswell, 2022), the 2022 Annotated Ontario Construction Act (Carswell, 2022), Construction Trusts (Carswell, 1998), Construction, Builders’ and Mechanics' Liens in Canada (Carswell, 2020) and the Construction and Alternative Dispute Resolution titles of Halsbury’s Laws of Canada. 

Our team includes Counsel to the firm with extensive experience in corporate and securities litigation, including OSC defense work, real property litigation, secured transaction litigation, professional liability defense work, and other related areas.

Glaholt Bowles LLP was founded by Duncan Glaholt, whose vision and leadership shaped the practice we are today. While Duncan now has a fully independent ADR practice, his legacy remains an integral part of our firm's history and values.
