Nadia Bazylewicz is a litigation law clerk and is involved in all aspects of the litigation and arbitration process, from drafting pleadings and document production to preparing cases for hearings and trials.
Nadia also has experience in adjudication of construction matters and in all aspects of construction litigation including lien registration, drafting motions, and trial preparation. Nadia frequently carries out title and other property searches in relation to construction matters.
Nadia completed the Law Clerk program at The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and continues to develop her skills and credentials through continuing education.
