Bio
Saif has experience on a wide range of matters in the field of construction law, as well as in various other areas of law. Before joining the firm, Saif worked as a caseworker at a legal clinic where he helped harmed investors of lesser financial means navigate the legal system.
Saif’s experience ranges from advising clients through construction disputes in ongoing projects to representing clients in litigation, arbitration, and adjudications under the Construction Act. Saif’s practice includes drafting and reviewing construction and design contracts.
Saif obtained his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was a research assistant exploring various Corporate Governance Issues. Before law school, Saif studied Civil Engineering at the University of Waterloo. He has experience working at both engineering consulting firms and construction management companies.Memberships
