Andrea Lee is a partner of Glaholt LLP. Ms. Lee has experience representing owners, general contractors, architects and engineers in a variety of proceedings including cases involving liens, trusts, delay claims and professional negligence. Ms. Lee has acted as counsel on international and domestic arbitrations, conducted both under institutional rules and ad hoc. Ms. Lee reviews and advises owners, architects and engineers with respect to professional services contracts. She lectures and speaks frequently at the University of Toronto (Construction Law), Osgoode Professional LLM, Queen's University (Construction Law), Advocates' Society, Ontario Bar Association and the Ontario Association of Architects (Continuing Education) programs. Ms. Lee also writes on construction law topics, including contributions to the Halsbury's Laws of Canada, Construction, and the Review of Construction Law: Recent Developments texts and the quarterly Glaholt LLP Newsletter. She currently serves as the Public Affairs Liaison on the Executive of the Ontario Bar Association, Construction and Infrastructure Section.
