Keith A. BannonManaging Partner
Keith Bannon is a partner with Glaholt LLP and practices exclusively in the area of construction litigation. Keith graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honors B.A. in history and political science in 2000 and studied law at the University of Windsor, where he received his LLB in 2004. Thereafter, Keith articled with Glaholt LLP under the supervision of Duncan W. Glaholt and was called to Ontario Bar in 2005.
Keith has represented owners, contractors, and subcontractors in Superior Court proceedings and in recent years has expanded his practice to representing clients in private arbitrations. Keith wrote “Recent Developments in Alternative Dispute Resolution” for the recently published Review of Construction Law.
In addition, Keith has authored published articles on a number of construction law subjects including trust claims, construction contracts, and risk management and has contributed as a lecturer at the Osgoode Hall LLM course on construction law.Keith A. Bannon
