Firm members are involved throughout Canada and internationally at every stage of the development process, in all types of projects, from process plants, to mixed residential/commercial developments, highways, roads, streets and bridges, urban infrastructure and major recreational facilities. In this regard the firm is consistently rated ‘most highly recommended' in its category.

In addition, the firm has extensive experience in corporate and securities litigation, including OSC defense work, real property litigation, secured transaction litigation, professional liability defense work and other related areas.

The firm provides experienced advocacy and representation in all forms of litigation, arbitration, mediation, dispute review/adjudication and other ADR processes, including ICC Commercial arbitration. The firm is active in surety bond and construction insurance litigation including payment and performance bonds, lien bonds, financial guarantee bonds, and related instruments.

Firm members have experience in many areas of law including, but not limited to, commercial litigation, intellectual property, labour and employment, occupational health and safety, workplace safety, defamation including internet electronic publication and intellectual property, real estate conveyancing, development and leasing, partnership, joint venture and shareholder disputes, and securities related proceedings, representing individuals, partnerships, trusts, private and public companies, both domestic and from abroad.

Many of the firm's referrals come from other lawyers and institutions who either do not provide construction litigation services in-house or who are unable to act for scheduling or perceived conflict of interest reasons.
