Lauren Prolas



Lauren joined Glaholt Bowles LLP as an associate in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Lauren worked as a commercial litigator, with a focus on real property disputes, at a regional law firm located in Mississauga, after completing her articles and being called to the bar in Ontario, in September 2021.

 Lauren received her Juris Doctor from the Queen’s University Belfast. As part of the JD program, Lauren completed her doctoral thesis on the adjudication provisions under the Ontario Construction Act, and attended an exchange term at the University of British Columbia’s Peter. A. Allard School of Law.

 Lauren brings previous industry experience gained working for an international Canadian construction company and from her undergraduate degree in Honours Planning, Co-operative Program, Land Development Specialization from the University of Waterloo.

 Outside of work, Lauren enjoys staying active, cheering for the Toronto Raptors and volunteering with Save Our Scruff: Rehome and Rescue as their Corporate Secretary.
