Myles joined Glaholt Bowles LLP as an associate in 2020 after Summering and Articling at the firm.
Myles represents owners, contractors, designers, sureties and insurers in complex construction disputes. He assists clients with a variety of matters including claims for breach of contract, breach of trust, indemnification, negligence, professional negligence, deficiencies, delays and construction liens. Myles also assists clients with contract drafting and negotiation.
Myles has successfully appeared before arbitral tribunals, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and an adjudicator in one of Ontario’s first adjudications under the Construction Act.
Myles holds two Juris Doctor degrees from the Canadian & American Dual J.D. program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. During his final year of law school, Myles was awarded the University of Windsor’s J.W. Whiteside Award, in recognition of his outstanding services to the Faculty of Law, the legal community and the community of Windsor.When Myles is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring new restaurants.
