Bio
Mahsa joined Glaholt Bowles as a summer student in 2025 and returned to the firm as an articling student in 2026. During her time at the firm, Mahsa has assisted counsel on construction and infrastructure disputes involving delay claims, contractual interpretation, and dispute resolution. She has also assisted with motions, mediations, and arbitrations, and with the review of major project agreements.
While at Osgoode Hall Law School, Mahsa participated in exchange programs at the National University of Singapore and Bucerius Law School in Germany, where she focused her studies on international commercial arbitration, mediation, and comparative approaches to dispute resolution.
Mahsa has also explored emerging legal and policy issues relating to technology and innovation. In 2026, she competed in the Canadian Copyright Policy Moot, where her team developed a policy proposal addressing whether AI can be an author and presented its work to federal policymakers in Ottawa.
Prior to law school, Mahsa worked at a boutique law firm, gaining experience in corporate transactions and commercial and residential real estate matters. She obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science before attending Osgoode Hall Law School, where she obtained her Juris Doctor.Memberships
